Stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days — each is inspected, cleaned and packed by hand. Custom commissions follow the timeline agreed in your quote.

Shipping

All orders ship tracked; you'll get a confirmation email when it's on the way.
Rates are calculated at checkout by size and destination.

Packaging

Glass travels double-boxed with recycled void-fill — the packaging is as reclaimed as the piece inside.

If it arrives damaged

Glass happens. Photograph the piece and the box within 48 hours of delivery and send them our way — we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so double-check it — if an order bounces back to us we'll re-ship at cost.
