Handmade, reclaimed work

Every Enchanted Gen piece is made by hand from reclaimed glass. Photos represent the style and palette, but color depth, etch detail and dimensions vary piece to piece — that variance is the point, not a defect.

Ordering

An order is an offer to purchase; we confirm by email when it ships. If a listed piece has already sold elsewhere in the studio, we'll contact you within one business day to offer a similar piece or a full refund.

Custom commissions

Custom requests are quoted individually. A quote is confirmed once you approve the design brief in writing (email is fine). Timelines are estimates — hand work takes the time it takes, and we'll keep you posted. Custom pieces are made to your brief and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at order time.

Shipping risk

Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Every piece ships double-boxed — if it arrives damaged, see our Delivery page; we make it right.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the piece. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at your order date applies to that order.
